It is his main goal to try and resolve government contract issue prior to the need for litigation, addressing them early is the key. Over eighty percent of Robert’s clients resolve their government contract issues without the need for litigation. A key component of Robert’s consulting is his skill in identifying potential government contract issues early so his clients avoid typical government contract pitfalls.
Robert also does litigation support for the litigation division when litigation is needed. Malyszek & Malyszek is usually initially hired to as consultants as they try to resolve contract problems within the contract arena without the need for litigation, but when litigation is necessary having Malyszek & Malyszek consultants support the litigation saves our clients tens of thousands of dollars because Malyszek’s litigation attorneys don’t have to spend weeks reviewing the file.
